At Ascend Hybrid Lifting, we offer a range of services to our clients. Whether you
are a novice or a professional, we offer plenty of options starting from $25 per
week.

Access during open hours to all equipment and amenities.
On-site micro-coaching and training advice.
General health and fitness advice.
Beginner and intermediate training programs available.

$25 per week for ongoing payments for the minimum 3 month contract.
$35 per week for ongoing payments with no lock-in contract.

$12 Joining Fee;
          – Direct debit account
          – Free 90 minute 1 on 1 personal training session (Valued at $90).
          – Free 3 months of personal programming (Valued at $96).
          – Ongoing training advice, support and micro-coaching.

Personalised program designed to progess towards a set goal over a specified duration.

Focused on personal, movement or big 3 coaching.

Personal training session:
   Use of a personal program that is analysed by coach.
   Trained according to program and recommended improvements on aspects of the program.

Movement training session:
   2 movements taught in 60 minute session or
   3 movements taught in 90 minute session

Big 3 training session:
   The powerlifting movements are taught to competition standards.
   Back squat, bench press and deadlift.
   1 or 2 movements taught in 60 minute session.
   2 or 3 movements taught in 90 minute session.

$60 for 60 minute session.
$90 for 90 minute session.

A 60 or 90 minute personal training session.
